On 24-25 April 415 delegates gathered at Croke Park stadium in Dublin for Fire Sprinkler International 2024. Opened by Dennis Keeley, the Dublin Fire Chief, over 40 presentations addressed the latest innovations in water-based fire protection, progress in fire codes to recognise the benefits of sprinklers and updates to standards for system design and component specification.

A networking event on the first evening was popular and an opportunity to meet standholders in a relaxed environment. On the second evening 320 people attended the gala dinner, another record. Held in the Guinness Storehouse, perhaps the venue played a role in attracting so many diners!
